This is the only place where the artefacts shown on the site are sold.

OPENING HOURS

This virtual shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Emails with doubts and questions and messages for special orders will be answered as soon as possible.

ORDERS

Orders are tracked automatically. In case of problems, you will be contact by email or phone as soon as possible to inform you and solve the problem.

Once the order has been confirmed, it will be packed and shipped.

You will receive full information on the status of your package whenever there is a status update.

Orders for items available on the web can take 24-48 hours to be prepared and packed. Custom orders will take longer as they are hand made from scratch.

Please note that shipments are made once a week, which may increase the time it takes for your package to arrive.

PRICES

All prices for handmade items are inclusive of tax, i.e. 21% Italian VAT.

The price of shipping is added on the payment screen, i.e. it is not included in the manufacturer's price.

PAYMENT METHOD

It is possible to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or by bank transfer in case of customized orders.

The processing of the payment method data is done through a payment gateway, in this case Shopify Payments.
