TRANSPORT COMPANY

Alamna collaborates with the Poste Italiane transport company. Shipments are certified, insured and with tracking number. This means that the shipment will arrive at the address indicated by you and will be delivered to you in person.

STATUS OF THE PACKAGE

Order and shipping status is notified via email at any time. Alamna will send you several notifications indicating the status of your package: Your order has been shipped, Your order is arriving, Your order is being delivered, Your order is being delivered, Your order has been delivered. Furthermore, you will be notified via email of the tracking number of your package, so that you can check its status on the official Poste Italiane website, in the "Track your shipment" section. In this section you need to copy the tracking number assigned to your package and click on Track shipment. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times can vary from 48 hours in Italy from the moment of sending to more than a week in other countries, such as Spain or Germany. Although Alamna collaborates with Poste Italiane, it is an external company, so it is not possible to establish exactly when the package will arrive. There are many external factors that make this confirmation difficult. For this reason, a tracking number is assigned and the user is informed at all times where his package is.

DELIVERY TIME

Poste Italiane delivers parcels in the morning, but in some locations delivery also takes place in the afternoon. If you are absent and the package is collected by a friend, relative or acquaintance, the delivery person will take this person's personal data.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT

In the event that you are not in the place indicated for delivery (home, office, etc.) you will be notified with a delivery attempt and the package will be kept at your Post Office by the same company until your personal collection.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Deliveries are made after confirmation of the order and payment. Once the order has been confirmed and the total amount of the order and shipping has been received, the package will be prepared and shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES

The shipping amount appears on the payment screen. The rates are fixed and depend on the country or area of ​​destination of the package.
