How to make a custom order?

  • 1. Get inspired

    I suggest you start by looking at the different pieces I have created for inspiration.

    Custom orders are always based on the designs I usually make, so I invite you to have a look at my online shop or my social media channels.

  • 2. Visualize

    If you've found a design that you feel resonates with your personality, it's time to think and feel which mineral and colors you want for your custom jewellery.

  • 3. Let's design together

    If you have already imagined your jewel, all you have to do is contact me to explain how you would like your customised piece.

    I will send you photos and videos of different yarn colours and minerals so that you can choose the one that resonates most with your personality.

You need to know

That I work with minerals of different sizes and calibres, so the design will not always be 100% identical to the original from which you drew inspiration. Each piece is unique and unrepeatable: that is the magic of craftsmanship! And even if the design is the same, depending on the shape of the stone, the piece can be longer, wider, narrower, etc.

On the other hand, I recognise that I have a wide variety of minerals and sizes, but there are so many minerals that I fear I may not always have the mineral you are looking for, so I encourage you to ask me without any commitment.

Finally, I want to warn you that you can return all available pieces, but not custom orders. This is because I will spend a lot of time and love to create something unique and exclusive for you, with the design and combination of colours and minerals you have chosen according to your personal taste.

In the event that, due to external factors, the piece arrives in poor condition (e.g. damage to the parcel during shipping) do not worry, because in that case I will refund you or make your jewellery again.
