Return Policy

Surely when you see your artifact you will want it forever, but if you don't want it, don't worry, you can return it. There are 10 calendar days to process the return. Once these 10 days have passed, it will no longer be possible to return the item.

If you want to return it, write to alamna.art@gmail.com or call me at +39 3791897086, tell me the reason for the return (if it arrived in bad condition, if you don't like it, etc.) and I will explain in detail the steps to follow .

IMPORTANT: PERSONALIZED JEWELLERY CANNOT BE RETURNED.
It is possible to return only the pieces available on the web, but not a customized order.

We also do not accept returns if the artifact, mineral or jewel has been damaged for reasons other than transportation.

If you purchased an item during a discount or sales period, no refunds or exchanges will be made.

REFUNDS

If you have decided to return an order, you will be refunded in full (including shipping costs) once I have received the package with the items in the exact condition in which they arrived (same box, same envelope, etc.).

I am not responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived in poor condition due to transportation. In this case, the return shipping costs will be at my expense.

Furthermore, the shipment must be registered.

It will not be possible to proceed with the refund until the day I receive the return of the order. For this reason, it is best to be able to track it with a tracking number.

YOU CHANGE

It is not possible to make changes. If you decide to make a return, we will do so, and if you later want another piece of jewelry, we will process a new order.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

If you place an order and wish to cancel it, there is no problem.
